Indulge in the rich and creamy goodness of this irresistible Easy Peanut Butter Fudge that can be made in just a few minutes using the microwave. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Fudge:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water (for the 8x8 pan to help keep the parchment paper in place while pouring and smoothing out the fudge)
  • red and green M&M’s, optional seasonal garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang to easily lift the fudge out later. Add a tablespoon of water to the bottom of the dish to help keep the parchment paper in place.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Heat in the microwave, then stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until smooth.
  3. Set Fudge: Spread the mixture in the prepared dish, smooth the top with parchment paper, and chill in the refrigerator for two hours.
  4. Cut and Serve: Score the fudge, lift it out using the parchment paper overhang, and cut into pieces. Decorate with M&M’s if desired.

Notes

  • Any brand of peanut butter can be used, which may slightly affect the color and taste of the fudge.
  • Sifting the powdered sugar before mixing can help achieve a smoother texture.
