Ingredients

Crepes:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 18 oz. Cream cheese package, soft
  • 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp. soft sugar

Strawberry Topping:

  • 4 cups strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crepe Batter: In a blender, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, and flour. Blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  2. Chill the Batter: Refrigerate the crepe batter for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Cook Crepes: Heat a nonstick pan, pour 1/4 cup of batter, swirl to form a circle, cook until the top is dry, and flip.
