2 cups of milk
4 eggs
3 tbsp. Butter melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Cream Cheese Filling:
1–8 oz. Cream cheese package, soft
1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
3/4 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp. soft sugar
Strawberry Topping:
4 cups strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Prepare Crepe Batter: In a blender, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, and flour. Blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
Chill the Batter: Refrigerate the crepe batter for at least an hour or overnight.
Cook Crepes: Heat a nonstick pan, pour 1/4 cup of batter, swirl to form a circle, cook until the top is dry, and flip.
