Ingredients

Ricotta Cheese:

15 ounces,

Mascarpone Cheese:

8 ounces,

Powdered Sugar:

1 ¼ cup (sifted),

Vanilla Extract:

1 ½ teaspoons,

Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips:

¾ cup,

Dippers:

pizzelle cookies, graham crackers, chocolate chip cookies, broken waffle cones, strawberries, broken cannoli shells, etc.

Instructions

  1. Combine Cheeses: In a medium mixing bowl, blend ricotta and mascarpone cheeses until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Flavor: Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Include Chocolate: Gently fold in most of the mini chocolate chips.
