Ingredients

Cucumbers:

  • 2 cups sliced Persian or English cucumbers

Avocado:

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

Carrots:

  • 1 cup grated carrots

Imitation Crab Meat:

  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded

Sesame Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar

Topping:

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
