Ingredients

Dough:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 7g baking powder
  • 80ml milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60g butter

Additional Ingredients:

  • 3545g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Soften 60g of butter and mix in 35g of sugar, a sachet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and one egg yolk. Add 80ml of milk. Sift in 250g of all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix to form a soft, non-sticky dough.
  2. Shape and Bake: Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes. Divide into two pieces, roll into sausage shapes, and cut into pieces. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • You can add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough for extra flavor.
