Ingredients
Dough:
250g all-purpose flour
7g baking powder
80ml milk
1 egg yolk
60g butter
Additional Ingredients:
35–45g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the Dough: Soften 60g of butter and mix in 35g of sugar, a sachet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and one egg yolk. Add 80ml of milk. Sift in 250g of all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix to form a soft, non-sticky dough.
Shape and Bake: Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes. Divide into two pieces, roll into sausage shapes, and cut into pieces. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
You can add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough for extra flavor.
