Ingredients

Meat Mixture:

  • 2 pounds hot Italian sausage
  • 2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Bean Mix:

  • 314.5 ounce cans kidney beans
  • 314.5 ounce cans pinto beans

Sauce Base:

  • 328 ounces cans crushed tomatoes with garlic
  • 4 ounce can diced jalapenos

Seasoning Blend:

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons New Mexico chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/22 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Brown the Meat: In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage and ground beef with salt and pepper until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
