Ingredients

Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
