Ingredients
Chicken:
1–1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened & cubed
20.5 ounces ‘cream of’ soup (two 10.5 ounce cans of Cream of Onion or Cream of Chicken)
2 Tablespoons ranch seasoning mix or 1 packet
Noodles:
6 ounces noodles, cooked
Instructions
Prepare Chicken: Trim chicken breasts and place in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Add Cream Cheese Mixture: Pour two cans of soup over the chicken, sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix, and place cubed cream cheese on top.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours, stirring occasionally and breaking up the chicken as it cooks.
Prepare Noodles: Cook noodles separately and add them to the chicken mixture or serve the chicken over the noodles.
