Penne pasta:

Olive oil:

Chicken breast, diced:

Smoked sausage, sliced:

Butter:

Onion, finely chopped:

Heavy cream:

1 cup

Shredded pepper jack cheese:

1.5 cups

Paprika:

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
