This Crab Pasta Salad is a delightful blend of flavors and textures, perfect for a light and refreshing meal or side dish. The creamy dressing with a hint of lemon and Old Bay seasoning complements the tender pasta, imitation crab meat, and crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 12 oz small shell pasta

Dressing:

  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Salad:

  • 1/3 cup dill pickles
  • 12 oz imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the shell pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the Salad: Mix in dill, pickles, crab meat, celery, red onion, green onions, and peas.
