Ingredients

Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 small roll of canned biscuits (68 biscuits)
  • ¼ cup sugar (half white, half brown)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons butter (unsalted or salted)

Icing Drizzle:

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare biscuits: Separate biscuits and cut each into quarters.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon: Combine white and brown sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Melt butter: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Coat biscuits: Add biscuit pieces to the skillet and stir to coat with melted butter.
  6. Add cinnamon sugar: Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the biscuits and stir to coat.
  7. Bake: Transfer coated biscuits to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk to create the icing glaze.
  9. Drizzle icing: Drizzle the icing over the slightly cooled biscuit bites before serving.

Notes

  • Mix white and brown sugar for a balanced sweetness.
  • Let biscuit bites cool slightly before glazing to prevent melting.
  • Add-ins like chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips are great!
  • Use flaky or buttermilk biscuit dough for the best results.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze unglazed.
