  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Making the Brownie Batter: Melt butter for the brownie batter, add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift in cocoa, flour, salt, and mix until smooth.
