Chocolate Cheesecake Bites are an easy sweet treat that combines a cake mix with cream cheese to recreate a classic cake recipe in the form of a bite-sized ball. Only 3 ingredients needed and no baking required!

Ingredients

Cheesecake Bites:

  • 15.25 ounce box of chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

Coating:

  • 8 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat Treat Cake Mix: Pour the dry cake mix into a medium-sized heat-safe bowl. Microwave in two 30-second intervals, stirring after each. Allow to cool.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese: Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix Cake Mix: Sprinkle dry cake mix over cream cheese; mix until incorporated.
  4. Chill: Cover mixture and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Form Balls: Scoop cheesecake dough, roll into balls, place on baking sheet.
  6. Coat with Almond Bark: Melt almond bark, dip cheesecake balls, tap off excess, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  7. Chill Again: Refrigerate coated cheesecake bites until ready to serve.
