Ingredients

Chicken Sausages:

  • 4 chicken sausages

Zucchini and Tomatoes:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Other Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Cook the Sausages: Brown chicken sausages in a skillet, then slice into pieces.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook garlic, zucchini, and tomatoes with oregano.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add sausages back to the skillet, mix with veggies and cooked pasta.
