This Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo features tender chicken, creamy Parmesan sauce, and fettuccine pasta for a comforting and indulgent meal perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Return sliced chicken to the pan, add cooked fettuccine, and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
