These Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a satisfying grab-and-go meal loaded with fresh ingredients, protein-packed chicken, and creamy Caesar dressing—all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 cup Italian croutons
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

For Wrapping:

  • 3 flour tortilla wraps, burrito size

Instructions

  1. Make the filling. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, chicken, dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese; toss until well coated in dressing.
  2. Assemble your wraps. Lay out tortillas and divide the Caesar salad evenly between each. Heat tortillas if desired.
