Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375ºF/190ºC and line 4 large baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
Melt butter and sugar: In a large frying pan, melt butter with brown sugar until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients: Stir in oats, flour, and salt until well mixed.
Add wet ingredients: Mix in egg and vanilla until batter is thin.
