These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a mouthwatering treat that combines soft, gooey mozzarella cheese encased in flaky biscuit dough. Baked to golden perfection and brushed with a flavorful garlic butter, these cheese bombs are perfect for any occasion, from a quick snack to a party appetizer.

Ingredients

Biscuit Dough:

  • 1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Cheese Filling:

  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded or diced string cheese)

Garlic Butter Coating:

  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Bombs: Separate the biscuit dough and place cheese on each piece. Seal the dough tightly around the cheese. Place the cheese-stuffed dough balls on the baking sheet.
