Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet is a quick and simple one-pan meal that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with comforting pasta. Perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

Noodles:

  • 12 ounces macaroni noodles

Cheeseburger Mixture:

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Boil macaroni noodles in salted water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Saute Onion: In a large skillet, sauté diced onion in olive oil until soft.
  3. Cook Meat Mixture: Add ground sirloin, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Montreal Steak seasoning, and garlic. Cook until meat is browned.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Mix in ketchup, mustard, diced tomatoes, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheese. Add cooked noodles and stir.
  5. Finish and Serve: Top with remaining cheese, cover, melt the cheese, and serve.

Notes

  • This dish freezes well in a 9×13 dish, tightly wrapped.
  • Optional toppings include diced pickles, onions, mushrooms, or bacon.
  • To reheat, thaw overnight in the fridge and bake at 350°F for 20–30 minutes.
