Ingredients

Pizza Dough:

  • ½ lb ball of pizza dough

Toppings:

  • sesame seeds, for sprinkling
  • ⅓ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp crushed Calabrian chili paste
  • 1 jar (16 ounce) roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • honey, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Prepare the dough: On a lightly floured surface, push the pizza dough out until it forms a thin 10-12 inch circle. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Add toppings: Spread marinara sauce and chili paste over the dough. Arrange the roasted red peppers on top. Drizzle with fish sauce, if using, and sprinkle with oregano. Add mozzarella and provolone cheeses.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with oregano and honey. Slice and serve.
