Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1¾ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Mix Batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Fill the Muffin Tin: Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake: Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Cool and Enjoy: Allow the brownie bites to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these indulgent treats!
