Ingredients

Chicken:

Coating:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups or more panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying

Additional:

  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Bang Bang Sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prep the Chicken – Thinly slice chicken breasts and season with a mixture of kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
