Ingredients

For the Casserole:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (16 oz) pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook beef and onion: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix ingredients: Stir in pork and beans, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
