Noodles:
2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil (or any vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave (for sweetness)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for added spice)
Instructions
Cook the Noodles: Boil a pot of water and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and crushed red pepper flakes.
