Ingredients

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on or off (2630 count)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

For the Garlic Sauce:

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the shrimp: Toss the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the shrimp: Air fry the shrimp in batches for 6 minutes until pink and cooked through.
