A quick and easy 5-ingredient keto-friendly chocolate cheesecake fluff that’s creamy, rich, and perfect for a low-carb dessert craving. This no-bake recipe uses full-fat cream cheese, unsweetened cocoa, and a sugar substitute to create a luscious, fluffy treat ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 10 ounces full-fat cream cheese (or 300g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Monk Fruit Allulose confectioners (or 53g)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or 22g)
  • 1 dash salt (optional, but recommended)
  • 9.5 ounces heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Cheese and Dry Ingredients: Place the cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, and optional salt into a mixing bowl. Use an electric whisk to whip until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  2. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate clean mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a clean electric whisk until it reaches just under stiff peaks — it should be fluid yet thick enough to hold some shape.
  3. Fold Ingredients Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture using a spatula until fully combined. Taste the fluff and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder if needed. Then spoon or pipe into small serving jars or bowls. Optionally, top with a little grated dark chocolate for a decorative touch.
  4. Storage: Refrigerate the cheesecake fluff in sealed containers for up to 2 days to maintain freshness and texture.

Notes

  • This dessert is best served chilled for optimal texture and flavor.
  • You can substitute Monk Fruit Allulose confectioners with other keto-friendly powdered sweeteners if desired.
  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, add a little extra cocoa powder, but be mindful of sweetness balance.
  • If you don’t have an electric whisk, a hand mixer or stand mixer can be used for whipping.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream for the creamiest, fluffiest results; low-fat versions may alter the texture.
