Ingredients
Chicken Thighs:
6–8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, fat removed
Spice Mix:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Additional:
1/4 cup avocado oil or butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Mix spices: In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the spices except the chicken thighs and oil.
