Ingredients

Chicken Thighs:

  • 68 boneless skinless chicken thighs, fat removed

Spice Mix:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Additional:

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix spices: In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the spices except the chicken thighs and oil.
